how writing down thoughts can impact your life

Introduction 

I created the habit of writing my thoughts when I was 14 , and I did it to get some clarity on certain topic which I use to over think . Now correct me if I'm wrong but generally we all over think . We see something and we get amazed by it and then we start to think about it , we suddenly stop thinking about it , but again we reset everything and start thinking about it from the start and this thing keep on happening in loops and in multiple loops . 


And then we cannot come to a conclusion , because we are stuck in loops . Thinking about it again and again.  Writing your thoughts in a notebook or a piece of paper can solve this problem. 


How can I start writing my thoughts ?

Its simple take a piece of paper and a pen , find a place where you can comfortably sit and start thinking about it from the start , and note down everything in a sequence till you get to the end of it . After completing this process you will be able to get to a conclusion and move on from it .
