Things I knew when I was in diploma 

First of all many of the people who join diploma are unaware of what it is , they basically join diploma because of pressure from parents and friends or because diploma is cheaper than intermediate. So many of the students don't know what diploma is going to offer , and what skills they need to learn in order to not regret doing diploma

In this blog we are just going to focus on skills :

>technical skills :

 these are important where your whole subjects are related to it . Focus on acquiring knowledge and getting a percentage of atleast 75% at the end of the semester .

Quick Tip: focus on labs as you can score more in them easily and add percentage,  try relating everything you study with real life things

>communication skill : 

this is an important skill where you need to be able to communicate with others in a confident way . And try to convey everything you have in your mind as it is to others . This skill is very important during interviews .

>enterprenuership : 

learn about enterprenuership,  learn about business , how business works , how to start a business , how to make money out of what I'm studying . This is a crucial thing where most people think about getting job and get into placements , they don't know what to do when they are not selected and this kind of fear makes students panic learning about a business can give you an idea about what to do next . In can make you realise what a corporation actually wants. 

>learning skills other than academics :

 you can learn new skills outside your college like doing an internship or learning a skill online like on great learning or coursera or codeacademy . Learn a skill that can make you get paid later on like learn editing videos , content marketing , affiliate marketing , blogging , content creation etc .

>softskills :

 soft skills are general skills that are required for running a business or general life . Soft skills are creating trust , communication , leadership etc . Its important to know these kind of things . 

Note : they are important for interview
